How The Foundation Course Helps You…..
The foundation Course is a study material based programme where in the students are provided with study material to supplement teaching The study material consists of a summary of the topic followed by a comprehensive exercise covering each and every aspect of the topic through variously framed questions the syllabus is spread over five modules Initially the students have to study from the study material and attempt its questionnaire The questions with they attempt incorrectly or are unable to solve reflects the areas in which they are weak This is followed by class room based teaching and module tests Towards the end of the Programme students are subjected to simulated exams called verisimilar Exams which are based exactly on the pattern of the board exams This is followed by analysis and assessment of the students The verisimilar Exams give the students a feel of the stringent standards of the board exams much before they ensue It clears their phobia of the board exams and also hones their examination attempting skills
The pattern of the class X and XII board exams has undergone a radical and positive change in the last two years previously learning the syllabus by rote was enough to get good marks Now the exams questionnaire tests the understanding of the student through variously framed questions the syllabus of competitive medical /Engineering Entrance Exams is an elaboration of the class XI and XII syllabus the questions are based upon understanding of the syllabus None of the question are straight forward rather all of them are tricky and can be tackled only if the student has a thorough understanding and has practiced numerous problems of that sort
An understanding of the syllabus of XI and XII standards cannot be obtained unless and until the basics of class IX and X are clear. Erose has devised foundation Courses for the students of class IX and X It provides a preparation for class IX and X exams as well as a sound foundation for Competitive medical /Engineering Entrance Exams.
